Thread: Different Cars at USS Auctions

Default Different Cars at USS Auctions

We only really think about cars for sale that we can bring into Australia here, but the performance coupes and others that we associate with "imports" are only a TINY percentage of what is sold which includes bikes, 4X4, camper vans, caravans and lots of other weird things that would never make their way to Australian shores:

A mate gave me his account details for the USS Sapporo listings when I was looking for my car , It was amazing the list and the selection of cars that were available too. It`s amazing to think that all the performance vehicles Japan has to offer and that alot of the locals prefer European or US rather than whats on thier doorstep, where as most of us here would give up alot just to get a taste of the restricted side of what Japan has to offer.

I was watching a show on SBS called `By Any Means` where this guy travelled from Sydney to Tokyo by any transport he could get, and whilst he was in Japan it showed you how much the Japanese love the American market, Mostly hotrods and bikes.

He went to Kustomrama where they build mad hotrods for the customers.

That song played tricks on my brain. D:
Are you sure there isn't subliminal messaging in it? I now have a strange urge to buy a Nissan.

Yeah they love their imports in Japan. (Euro cars are referred to as "imports" in Japan) and as I've mentioned before, when we were there I saw a Japanese High Performance Import magazine and it had a VW on the cover!
In the same way as they are marketed here, euros are seen as "classier" with more status than Japanese cars.

Interesting aero kit thing it's got going on. Much prefer the front bar to the standard STi one with the foglight delete.

Anything interesting about the Legacy next to it? S401? Nah, scoop looks too small...
Again, I love the front bar. Such aggressive lines.
