  • What's your car bucketlist?

So yeah, I've had this list for sometime. Sometimes I add something, or remove something from the list

Note: these are all cars that are within financial reach (no loans), so no crazy supercars here allthough the 458 and 488 are my all time favourite Ferrari's

    Citroën
ZX 16v (because my first car was a ZX and it was awesome and a ZX 16v with 170hp is something I want)
    Xantia automatic
    XM automatic
C4 VTS180 (because current car is a C4 VTS with the 140hp petrol engine)

    Mazda
    RX8
    MX5 (I probably won't fit)

    Renault
    Clio mk3 RS

    Ariel
    Atom

    Alfa Romeo
    159ti (SW?)
    Brera

    Porsche
    Cayman

    Lexus
    IS200/IS300

    Nissan
    350Z

    Westfield
    Mega S2000 (kitcar)

My dreamcars are probably something like these

    -Opel Kadett Rallye
    -Ford Escort MK2
-Peugeot 306 1997 (my current car)
    -Golf GTI MK2
    -Subaru Impreza WRX STI 1995

And maybe a Peugeot 106 or 206, but i love the 306 the most.

    Cya!

That is a good question, and one I've pondered many times with other petrol head friends. Well, one petrol head friend, all the other guys don't really *get* cars in the same way...

At the moment my list consists of the following cars (subject to change at any given time):

      Peugeot 106 Rallye (S2)
Volvo 850 T5R (the yellow estate from 1995)
      Audi S2 Coupé (B3)
      Lexus SC300/400
      Toyota Celica GT-Four ST205
      Peugeot 306 GTi-6
      BMW 635CSi (E34)
      Nissan Skyline GTS-t Type-M (R32)
      Citroen CX
1966 Chevy Chevelle SS (albeit probably out of my price range nowadays...)

      Plus lots and lots more...

My list is way too long.

But I would like to own something with an American V8 (already had something with a Jap V8), something rotary, something with a V10, something with a V12, and something with 400+HP.

I add two photos because they are unknown european cars and probably australian readers won't know nothing about them.

              Mazda RX8
              Mercedes
              Mitsubishi FTO
              Nissan 100NX (my next car)
              Nissan 240Z
              Nissan 280ZX
              Nissan 300ZX
              Toyota Celica A20 (70s)
              Toyota MR2 SW20 (90s)
              Pontiac Fiero
              Pontiac Firebird 1978
              Porsche 356 Réplica.
              Porsche Boxter S 986

                My list would be:

                Renault 5 GTE
                Opel Kadett E
                Renault Twingo 1
                Renault Clio RSI
                Volvo 340
                Citroen BX
                Citroen ZX
                Peugeot 205 Rallye
                Peugeot 106 Rallye

Too bad most of these cars are getting more expensive with the day

                  That's a good list!

Except for the Volvo and Twingo 1 though....

By the way, I might have to scratch the Clio mk3 RS from the list. I recently had a regular mk3 Clio as a courtesy car when my car was in the shop, and I don't fit in it very well. And the interior is butt-ugly but I already knew that.

                    1st gen Twingo? Really?

It's a polivalent car, but not really enjoyable as a driver...

I understand the interest on the 340, because it was one of the last rear wheel drive cars from Volvo.

My top bucketlist cars are actually projects I already own. I just need money to build those.
                      top3 cars I still would like to have;
                      1. Ford Escort MK2 rally car
                      2. late 70's Pontiac Firebird Trans-AM
                      3. 1960 Buick Electra

                      1982 Ford Taunus

                      1984 Ratty Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser

                      1963 Oldsmobile Super 88

                      1974 Chevrolet El Camino

The twingo 1 is not a drivers car, but still the looks and just its weirdness makes it a car i would like to own. My mom had one when i was a kid. We even drove from the Netherlands to Turkey with it a 2600km trip.

                            Peugeot 106 Rallye
                            GAZ-24 Volga
                            UAZ-469
                            And the expensive one
Renault Alpine... Any model, they're all beautiful

Speaking of the Twingo, yeah, it's far from being the most comfortable car out there, especially for longer trips. But that was a cheap and reliable (for its price) car that did find its place everywhere, and its unusual looks make it rememberable; who knows, maybe in 30 years, it'll be seen like the Citroën 2CV of the 2000s...
