  • Because Racecar?

    More like, goodbye racecar!

Well, all car's can't be Volvo wagons I guess.

Motorcycle, for when you can't find a Volvo.

Also I really want a motorcycle, not a 4 cyl crotch rocket though, just something for fun on sunny days. Need to find a dealership that does lessons and licensing first, then a reasonable bike. TO GOOGLE!

Triumph Daytona 675 Triple, nice bike. Step dad bought a Daytona 600 when they released this bike and nearly went back to the dealer to swap it but ended up keeping the 600, was a great bike and such a good ride

Because nobody who rides knows any of this.

                            Great work

The only people who have nothing but bad things to say about Motorbikes are the people who've never had the balls to ride one themselves.

I'm thinking of a Daytona as an upgrade. That or a Street Triple. Apparently the ST has better torque and tuning for the street, and a more comfortable riding position - but the Daytona just looks so damn incredible, improved brakes and suspension etc, and the fairings are good for protection and wind at speed. I'll have to ride both, but there doesn't seem to be much out there like it and the more I look into it, it seems to tick all my boxes. Light (sub-200kg), modern, powerful without being overkill, established brand, and so sexy it should probably be illegal.

It's a wonder they don't make a Daytona with the ST engine/tuning. Apparently when you buy one new you have to wait months for it to be built - I wonder if they'd build a custom bike? They're 90% the same as far as I can tell. Same tank, frame, engine, wheels, etc.

I think most riders understand the enhanced risk that comes with not surrounding yourself with a protective shield. But don't rationalize it away but rather accept it as the risk taken to experience what can only be done on two wheels.
