Oh yeah, fair enough, as per ur struts and stuff, I would be tempted to plate up and redrill, but it can lead to some weird things happening on the road if ya muck it up somehow, maybe set one plate up, and mirror the plate before you weld them in?? that way its 100% accurate

        Update time:

Pulled the S13 cross member out today to drill it out so it all bolts up to the KE holes, just had to elongate the holes.

While it was out gave it a lick in some paint, looks BLAAAACK and shiny

        Pics:

Not a lot else to say, other then its rolling.

        Thoughts on Solid mounts?
        And:
        Worth going power steering?

I'm not too sure about the mounts, but I guess they would be a lot more stable than the standard mounts. As for power steering, it would be great for weight loss if you don't have it but as for control, it sucks D*** I have no P/S and it sucks, Wherever I get a bit sideways, it's harder to counter as expected.. Sucks

S13 steering rack was picked up , cheering big time, massive win on the price too.

Now to work out if its worth going PS or not.. Hmm

Well is removing the PS weight really going to make that much of a difference?

I would hate to fight the wheel.

ITs a very light car, its just the effort of having to make up lines to suit..

Ill look into it abit more tomorrow

Good idea, It's just in general difficult to drive, I am used to it now but i would still prefer driving a car with power steering for comfort purposes. Imagine this, long drive & big day out so you are tired and to add to that you have to drive for an extend period of time with no P/S. It's horrible.

No PS for steering feel at speed more than anything.

Super light car, wont be a struggle with the wheel unless you're parking every day, soon as you're rolling its so much better without.
