                              Awesome car 1st of all!!

But m8, dont put a 3" exhaust on there, it will actually kill your power! Me myself, I have this thing for 4-1 manifolds and a Spoon N1 catback. They were specifically made for B series vtec's and are tuned júst right. However they are slightly overpriced... But whatever you do, dont go over 2 1/4" and make sure to make a venturi before your backbox (I'm talking narrowing the exhaust diameter by about 10-15% for a couple of inches) Make sure you taper them nice n smooth.

The physics behind this is that your exhaust gas cools down as it travels to the rear. This in turn packs the exhaust gas molecules tighter togetter, and a reduction in flow is the result. By narrowing it a bit, you keep exhaust gas momentum. Comes stock on a N1 system from Spoon.

                              Edit:
About the headers, I fitted a 4-1, which has the severe drawback of having less ground clearance as the 4 tubes come togetter under the engine before merging. So that means that they look like a number 4 "dice" when looked at from front to back, meaning the lower 2 exhaust header pipes will stick out a bit. A 4-2-1 header wont have this problem as the 4-2 bit has merged before going underneath. However, the growl of a 4-1 system is seriously cool. As for power gains, they dont elude eachother by great margins....
