Thanks man! Yeah more are popping up aroubd my area as they're gradually getting cheaper and fall into the P plater car category. Honda Integra? Well the Celica is 140 KW and the Type R's are around the 150 KW mark i believe. The VVTLI engine is simmillar to the of V-TEC and with a manual transmission, could definently classed the simmillar if not the same as the DC2 i believe. Just make sure it's manual. Mine is Automatic and tends to be a little sluggish to begin with. Love it though

yeah shame about the gearbox, i'd imagine they're up there with the 'teg as about the most exciting car you can drive with the P plate restrictions. The 4-speed auto is a tiptronic in these cars though isn't it? that makes it a bit more fun

Yeah tiptronic. Very fun with the buttons on the steering wheel! That's how you hit lift in an Auto celica haha

Nice Celica Mr Celica I was surprised by the 140KW o.O That's a reasonable amount for P plate legal NA.. I think you've changed my mined about celicas.. This model definitely looks better than its 6th gen predecessors.. Bet the Girls love it, haha.

Yeah the *****es love it because the paint is shiny and it has a sunroof. Whatever gets em in their, and me in them if you know what i mean . Good car, good car. Very attached to it.

Bought a celica in fill sticker for the rear. Bought it from the US and it's a different shape to mine. The "i" isn't right and being that i bought it from the US, it must only be for USDM models. Ah well. Was only $9..

This generation of Celica's really aren't that bad looking. Could they do with a turbo and AWD? Yes. But I wouldn't call them bad looking. They were one of the last fun sort of car before Toyota plunged full on into beige appliance mode. Scions (or whatever they are sold as over there) are just appliances with big rims and loud stereos. Now we have no new Celicas, no new Supras and no new MR2. It is hard to appreciate what you were lucky enough to have until it is gone.

New black rear infill done. Looks clean enough but in fine detail it's a little scruffy. Looks good with the red & black though IMO
