They say Marty once lined up an 850R wagon, which proceeded to open up a wormhole when it came onto boost, sucking his first Subaru into the depths of a 5 cylinder torture chamber, where his subie was bullied for missing a cylinder, until it finally took its own life.

        Since then, no Volvo love...

MCM would just love if you used outside "hosts" for the photos for the forum since it wont count against their space on the servers.

I always use www.iforce.co.nz for uploading images. The upload feature on this forum is a pain the ass anyway.

I use the tapatalk hosting, cost me $1.20 for unlimited. Not a huge amount and I dont have to fart ass around on the computer getting the pics off my phone to upload.

                          Edit:

On tapatalk and cant have a good look, but does MCM have a disclaimer that once you upload a photo to here it is legally the property of MCM??

Just asking cos I live in fear of Moog stealing my breakfast cos he is legally entitled to now.....

Generally speaking when it comes to photos, the original copyright owner of photos is the person whom took the photo. Not the camera owner or the person posting.

Yeah, though websites can have T&C's that say you waive those rights.

                              Facebook is a prime example.

Exactly true right there. It's all up to the T&C's of the site usage that's agreed upon during sign up.

But yea as mentioned before 'by default' and 'generally speaking' it's the person that took the photo. Unless otherwise stipulated in any associated T&C's as you mentioned and rightly so.
