  • Gday Form Sydney. Help required. Advice gladly accepted:)

    G'day Guys,

I have a set of JDM rims that I bought to fit a Datsun 120y. Unfortunately I did a novice manoeuvre and didn't check the offset.

    The rims are 114.3 4 stud offset +38 14in.

Tyres on these rims are195/60R14 86H

If any of you brilliant and knowledgably people can help figure out what car they can fit that would be very much appreciated.
I have bought replacement rims but don't know what car to market old rims to.

    Cheers

Hey mate welcome to the MCM forums

Not sure in 14", late 90's early 2000's accords are 4x114.3 but they carry 15's.

Old Mazda 323's are 14" though, and that pattern. Not sure what else, seems like a rare combo.
I stripped my car out so much it now has 49/49 weight distribution.

Thanks MHR1294. Do you think its possible that it would fit something like early Pulsar or even late Datsun Z series????
Some suggested it may be for FWD vehicle. Great set of rims with full rubber and currently no use

They would fit our little 120y if I rang spacers but we didn't want to go down that path.

Yeah they'd fit Datsun Z's but I think they too would need spacers like your 120Y. I think most Datsuns that age have low offsets, so if your wheels are ET38 then you're needing 15-20mm spacers to bring that down to ET18 which would fit. spacers are safe as long as they're hubcentric, check your local laws though, some engineers can be funny with spacers.

          It's a weird size being 14" that's all.

True, there’d be a good few alternatives with close enough offset if they were 15” wheels.
