Online Shop Checkout Issue

Could use some help, Hopefully someone sees this and can assist.

Okay so I have the merch I want I fill out my payment info along with other required fields of course, I proceed to Pay and I get a “Zip Code does not match billing address” To clarify I am in Canada, Ontario and I have ordered merch before with no issues, Steps I have taken to resolve the issue is double checked my info is correct obviously, called my bank to make sure my info with them is up to date ( It is ) cleared all cookies and browing history and tried again still same issue,

any help in the matter would be greatly appreciated thank you.
