  • Forum mods?

    Hi.
I'm having some trouble finding the Forum mods and admins.
Usually I can get to a page with the Forum team... but can't seem to find it.

Can someone tell me who the mods are? I intend to change a post I made recently.

    Thanks a bunch.

    Hello!
Edit away Nothing wrong with adjusting something you posted, so long as it doesn't destroy an old thread.
    Go for gold!

      Thanks, mate.
But I can't seem to find how to do it?

On all previous forums I posted and were mod at, there was an icon for 'edit' I could click. Can't seem to find it here though.
Noob me. Can you point me in the right direction?

      Thanks!

Should be a little pencil button at the bottom of your post. Is it not showing for you?

          Hi

That's my fault, I've disabled editing after short periods of time because spammers have been creating posts, then going back an editing them to get past the filters.

This si something I hope to fix shortly though

          Thanks

          Martin
I stripped my car out so much it now has 49/49 weight distribution.

Yeah, I don't have the edit button.

OK, please let us know when the edit option is available.

            Thanks.

Hmm, of our few active members i've now seen more than just this one thread asking about it.
Perhaps the 'free advertising' the spammers are managing is worth it.

I changed it there and then mate, should be available now?

                  Thanks for the trouble, MHR1294.
But on my posts, I still only have "Quote", "Flag" and "Like". No "Edit" button.

                  Regards.

try it now, hopefully I've solved it. I was overlooking something.

Don't be sorry, I shouldn't have changed it without testing! It should be back now. I've created a "new user" and I can see it logged in as a new user.
