  • WTB : Mitsubishi 4G54 complete runner engine

    Hey all,

Just looking for a good running mitsu 2.6 carby motor for a Sigma
As the car I've bought has a stuffed engine, and rather then spend time and money getting it rebuilt - I'd rather find a complete one and drop it in.
In WA, but will have a freight company come pick up from any accessible address in Australia as long as it could be put on a pallet as per their rules.
Thanks in advance for any help.

You're probably aware, but just in case you're OK with modernizing it a bit; basically all the 4G range 'drops in' with off the shelf mounts, and bolts direct to the existing gearbox.

It's why my mates putting the 4G63T into his.

I know .. But having an engine I can basically fix with vice grips and fencing wire appeals more to me

        Totally understand.
I used to be like that; but I'm nowadays OK with an engine that has parts at every repco and junkyard.
LITTLE less 'hacky' but still super easy to repair :P

Best of luck! I'll see if my mate has one.
